SECURITY

Alarm : For the safety of our clients and our staff, evacuation drills are regularly organized. If one of these exercises is organized during your stay, you will be informed when you arrive. If you didn’t receive any information about the alarm sounds, it is an emergency. Emergency cases and fires: Keep calm in an emergency and notify the reception without delay. Avoid running in corridors and public areas.To reach the nearest emergency exit, consult the building plan. Then leave the room immediately. Do not use the elevator but take the stairs. Follow the emergency exit signals. Fire: In all rooms you will find a fire escape plan located behind the bedroom door. For your safety, we advise you to look where you are in the hotel and locate the emergency exits. Our hotel is also equipped with smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. If you discover a fire, immediately inform the reception at number 9 with the telephone from your room. If you do not get aquick answer, notify the fire department (18 number) immediately your phone or the room phone. If the fire alarm goes off, check your bedroom door before opening it. If the door is too hot to touch, stay in your room and immediately contact the fire department at 18 then if it is possible the reception to 9. Otherwise, evacuate immediately to the outdoor parking. If you leave the room because a fire broke out in the hotel, do not open the windows. Leave the room quickly and stay calm as possible. Room security: For your safety and privacy, the door can be closed double-fold from the inside. In addition we will remember that our rooms are strictly non-smoking. Use of lifts in case of emergency: In case of emergency, it is forbidden to use the lifts. Use the nearest fire escape, the path is indicated on the emergency escape plan which is located on the inner side of the door of your room. Then go to the meeting point located in the parking lot. Please identify with the hotel staff during the presence check in order to

facilitate the work of the Rescuers. Protection of personal information:
