To enjoy a well-being treatment, please consult the care map (appendix no.2 Page 20) and inform you of the availability of the masseuses at the reception.

LAUNDRY AND IRONING

A laundry service is available at the hotel, please fill out the form at the end of this booklet and bring it in reception. We can provide you with an iron and ironing board.

LEISURE AND ACTIVITIES

Our teams are at your disposal for any further information. At the reception, informative brochures and flyers are at your self-service. The tourist office is located at 69 Grande Rue in Malbuisson and can be reached at 03 81 69 31 21.

The hotel reception is open daily from 8 am to 8 pm. The SPA is open daily from 9 am to 8 pm. The Breakfast Service is open from 8 am to 11 am. The Restaurants at Complexe Hôtelier Le Lac is open from 12 am to 1:30 pm and from 7 pm to 8.30 pm.

LUGGAGE

If you wish to leave your luggage for a short time at the hotel, please contact the reception (450). A secure luggage area is available near the reception.

PETS

We accept dogs only (supplement 15€ per day). They have to be kept on a load and are forbidden in the SPA.

MAIL

All the mails received in your intention are kept in the reception and will be put back to you in your return.

PARKING

You have the possibility to park your car in our private parking and not closed for free. We invit you to close your car and not leave your valuables. The hotel can not be held
